This has got to be quick because I have to go to bed.  I have like no time.  And for some reason I'm happy.  Usually I detest being busy.  I guess if I'm busy with stuff I like to do, it's okay.
Anyway, this is for yesterday because I actually wrote down what I did.  Didn't do anything today because my mother informed me last night I had an allergy doc appointment.  I hate doctors.  Let me rephrase that.  I appreciate them, but I don't like them.
So: yesterday
Warm up for ten minutes on the tread mil on level 1 and stretched out.  We couldn't stay long so we just did one set of weights.  I don't know what all the machines are called so I made a few names up.  And I did ten reps for everything.
Leg extension: 20lbs
Leg curl (this is the devil): 20lbs
Forarm press down thingie: 20 lbs
Dips (I actually did ten this time): 70lbs
pull forward thingie bit like an urg: 30lbs
Back extension: 20lbs
Resistance: 21lbs
Shoulder press: 20lbs
Standing calf: 15 lbs
Ab machine: 20lbs
Food:
Kix cereal
corn dog w/ tater tots
really bad popcorn
sub sandwich
taco
mocha
