My internet is up again. It's been pretty dodgy the past week. Hence my lack of updates. Went to Evergreen for about an hour and a half on Sunday which I have numbers from.

Warm up: 17 min on the eliptical, level 1, and 15 min of stretching
ab machine- 20lbs
leg curl- 25lbs
leg extension- 30lbs
back extension- 20lbs
forearm press down thing- 30lbs
dips- 70lbs
pull forward thing- 30lbs
standing calf- 35lbs
chest press- 30lbs
forearm/pec press- 21lbs
bench press- 20lbs
Freeweights: curl, military press, triceps on bench thing, triceps behind head, all with 8lbs
Everything is ten reps. We only had time for one set.
Then we ran four flights of stairs and did wall sits for about two minutes. I'm not totally sure about the wall sits, we were listening to a girl practice piano in the next room.
Today we went out for about an hour and a half. Erged a 1k for warmup in 4:28. Pretty slow time. My weight sets were about the same as Sunday but we did two sets of the machines. For dips I did their suggested work out at 90lbs, that was insane. Three different kinds of pull ups and three ten rep sets of dips. Then I did wall sits while Jeff did the dip workout. So probably about four minutes of wall sits.
